How can I open a support ticket?

Sign in to Client Area at cloud.hostlife.ro and go to Support > Open Ticket. Choose the right department and describe your issue in as much detail as possible.

What information should I include in a ticket?

Include: name of affected service, description of the problem, steps to reproduce, error messages (if any), and any recent changes. The more details, the faster we can resolve.

Do you offer weekend support?

Yes! Technical support runs 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Sales and billing departments are available Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00.
