How does billing work?

Billing is done in advance, on the billing cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.). Displayed prices are final — we are not VAT registered, so no additional taxes apply. You receive an invoice in the client area immediately after payment.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrades can be done anytime from the client area — you pay the pro-rata difference for the remaining period, and the new plan activates instantly. Downgrades depend on the service: for web hosting you can switch to a lower plan at renewal, and for managed services (n8n, Supabase) contact us to discuss options.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard) processed securely via Stripe, and bank transfer. For bank transfer payments, you receive the proforma invoice automatically in the client area.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No. You can choose the billing cycle that suits you (monthly, quarterly, annual) and cancel anytime. The service remains active until the end of the paid period.

How does the 30-day guarantee work?

If within the first 30 days the service doesn't meet the technical specifications or you encounter technical issues we cannot resolve, we refund the amount paid. The guarantee applies to Web Hosting and managed services (n8n, Supabase). It does not cover situations such as change of mind without a technical reason or violation of terms of service.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes, invoices are generated automatically with each payment and are available in the client area. We issue simplified invoices (we are not VAT registered). For any billing questions, our team is happy to help.

Do you offer a discount for annual payment?

Yes! With annual payment you get discounts depending on the service. The discount is applied automatically when you choose the annual cycle on the service configuration page.

What happens after the service expires?

You receive email notifications before expiration. After expiration, you have 7 grace days to renew without data loss. After the 7 days, the service is suspended, but data is kept for an additional 30 days — during which you can reactivate your account.
