How do I submit the form?

Send the completed form to contact@hostlife.ro or by post to the provider's address. We will confirm receipt by email within 24h. Refunds are made using the same payment method, within 14 days from receipt of the notice (except in cases provided by OUG 34/2014, e.g., digital services activated with your express consent).

Exceptions (when the right of withdrawal does not apply):

Per OUG 34/2014 art. 16, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services (hosting, VPS, dedicated etc.) that have already begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that you would lose the right of withdrawal upon commencement. See the checkbox you accepted at order time.
