Can you migrate my site from another provider?
Yes! We offer free migration from any provider. Our team takes care of everything: files, databases, emails and configurations. The process usually takes 24-48 hours.
What PHP versions are available?
We support PHP from version 5.6 to 8.3. You can change the PHP version anytime from cPanel, individually for each domain.
How does backup work?
We do automatic backup with Acronis and R1soft. Backups are stored on separate servers with up to 7 daily, 4 weekly and 3 monthly restore points. You can restore anytime from cPanel.
Can I easily install WordPress?
Yes! We have Softaculous integrated in cPanel which allows installing WordPress (and 400+ other apps) in a few clicks. WordPress comes pre-optimized with LiteSpeed Cache.
What happens if I exceed the limits?
We notify you by email when you approach limits. You can upgrade anytime to a higher plan without downtime. We don't suspend accounts immediately - we give you time to upgrade.

Can I change PHP version per site?
Yes, each domain can have its own version. From cPanel → MultiPHP Manager you select between PHP 5.6 and 8.3, individually per domain or globally. Change is instant, no account restart needed.
How does LiteSpeed Cache work for WordPress?
The official LSCache plugin comes pre-installed and activated in WordPress. It caches pages directly on disk (much faster than PHP object cache), lazy-loads images, minifies CSS/JS and converts images to WebP automatically. Typically, you see 3-5× TTFB improvements vs standard Apache hosting.
